Before we even get to the wheels, the customer service from Gem was phenomenal. Cris helped me initially choose the most appropriate setup, provided photos of the wheels on my exact car, and responded to all emails/questions within hour. We even had a hiccup with center cap fitment when the wheels came in and Cris handled the problem immediately! This type of customer service is refreshing when everything has become automated or AI generated.
The wheel fitment, styling, and finish are top-notch. This is one of my favorite set of wheels to date. I will definitely be using Gem again on my next wheel purchase. Thanks guys!
