Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please be advised that custom forged wheels and exhaust systems are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once ordered. Any deposit made towards these items will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Please note: The 4-5 business days shown at checkout reflects shipping transit time only after the wheels are completed. All wheels are custom forged and built to order, with an average production timeframe of 6-7 weeks prior to shipment.
Disclaimer:
In the event of a cancellation due to a sold vehicle, ordering the wrong wheels by mistake, a change of mind, or finding another wheel option, if you initiate a chargeback against our company while retaining the product, this will be considered an act of fraud. We will take all necessary legal actions to recover our product and compensate for the time and financial losses incurred.
This includes filing a criminal complaint for stolen merchandise, pursuing a civil lawsuit in the state of California, and taking any other steps necessary to protect our business. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues amicably before resorting to such measures.
Refunds:
Only in-stock items are eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmounted and in its original packaging. Returns are subject to 25% restocking fee. This restocking fee can range for orders that were placed by mistake or didn't read product description for wheel turn around time. Merchants charge us fees to process payments that are non refundable. You placing a order agree to these terms.
Once wheels are mounted and balanced on a tire we cannot accept it as a return. Please make sure to test fit before installing tires.

If your return is accepted, "Customer" will be responsible for shipping cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 5 business days of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud & Chargebacks
We are a new-generation, family-owned business committed to providing exceptional service with complete transparency. Fraudulent transactions and unauthorized chargebacks will not be tolerated.
Our website is fully integrated with advanced fraud detection, tracking every order’s IP address, location, and payment details in real time. If you attempt any form of fraud—including false chargebacks—we will:
- Report the incident to authorities & card networks
- Pursue legal action, including lawsuits for damages & recovery fees
- Ban fraudulent users permanently
Chargebacks must only be used for legitimate disputes—abuse will result in immediate escalation.
Finish Imperfections for all Wheels Brands:
All wheels we sell are 100% brand new. Each wheel is handcrafted, hand-powder coated, and undergoes quality control to meet U.S. customer standards. Due to the nature of the manufacturing and finishing process, minor imperfections—such as microscopic blemishes under the clear coat or brush textures on hand brushed finish occur and are considered normal in the aftermarket wheel industry. These do not affect performance or appearance from a standard viewing distance.
In the rare event of a significant defect, such as a visible chip or a noticeable dimple on the face of the wheel (e.g., larger than 1/2 inch), we will gladly offer an exchange. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Disclaimer Regarding Cosmetic Expectations
At Gem Motorsports, we take pride in the quality of our wheels. Most of our custom finishes are completed locally in Los Angeles by a highly reputable refinisher trusted by leading shops in the industry.
Due to the nature of hand-finished and custom wheels, minor cosmetic variances may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards. We will not accommodate excessive or unreasonable nitpicking of imperceptible or superficial imperfections that do not affect the performance, structural integrity, or visible appearance from a standard viewing distance.
By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Any attempts to abuse our policies—including filing false chargebacks or defaming our company through social media, forums, or public platforms—will be considered malicious intent and may result in legal action for damages, including but not limited to defamation and loss of business.
