At Gem Forged, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our forged wheels. Each wheel is manufactured to the highest standards and is backed by our industry-leading warranty coverage. Please review the details below:

Structural Warranty

  • Lifetime Coverage: All Gem Forged wheels are covered by a lifetime structural warranty against defects in material or workmanship that result in the wheel cracking or failing under normal driving conditions.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

    • Road hazards (e.g., potholes, curbs, debris).

    • Accidents, collisions, or improper use.

    • Improper installation, mounting, or balancing.

  • Discount Replacement Program: Even if damage occurs outside warranty coverage (such as from a pothole or road hazard), we will work with you by offering a near or up to 40% discount on a replacement wheel of the same or similar model.

Finish Warranty

  • All standard finishes — including powder coats and chrome — are covered for 2 years against peeling, flaking, or defects in material/workmanship.

  • Exclusions: This coverage does not apply to:

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Cosmetic damage (scratches, rock chips, brake dust staining, or chemical damage).

    • Improper cleaning methods or harsh chemicals.

Track Use Disclaimer

Gem Forged wheels are designed for street and daily driving use only. Due to the engineering design and concavity of our wheels:

  • They are not intended or warranted for track or racing use.

  • Track wheels require a different structural design to withstand hard cornering, repeated high-load impacts, and stress on spokes.

  • Using Gem Forged wheels in a racing/track environment automatically voids the warranty.

General Terms

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Gem Forged reserves the right to inspect any wheel prior to warranty approval.
