Structural warranty
Our wheels come with a limited lifetime structural warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own them. Original invoice is required. This warranty covers the structural integrity of the wheels.
Finish warranty
In addition to our lifetime structural warranty, we also offer a one-year finish warranty. This covers any defects in the finish of the wheels, including discoloration, peeling, or fading. If you notice any defects mentioned above on your wheels within the first year of ownership, we'll work with you to repair or replace them as needed.
Claims
To make a warranty claim, simply contact us using our online form or by phone. Our team will work with you to determine the best course of action, whether that's repairing or replacing your wheels. We pride ourselves on providing fast, efficient service, so you can get back on the road as quickly as possible.
Damages
If you damage your wheels due to road hazard we will offer you a discount on a replacement wheel and expedite the build time.
Our ALT Forged wheels are not intended for track use; we do not cover damages caused by improper driving. Track wheels demand specific design and engineering."
