Warranty
Structural Warranty
ALT Forged wheels come with a limited lifetime structural warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own them. Original invoice is required. This warranty covers the structural integrity of the wheels.
Finish Warranty
In addition to the lifetime structural warranty, ALT Forged also offers a one-year finish warranty. This covers any defects in the finish of the wheels, including discoloration, peeling, or fading. If you notice any qualifying defects within the first year of ownership, we will work with you to repair or replace them as needed.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us using our online form or by phone. Our team will work with you to determine the best course of action, whether that is repairing or replacing your wheels. We pride ourselves on providing fast, efficient service so you can get back on the road as quickly as possible.
Road Hazard Damage
If you damage your wheels due to a road hazard, we will offer you a discount on a replacement wheel and expedite the build time.
Track Use
ALT Forged wheels are not intended for track use. We do not cover damages caused by improper driving. Track wheels demand specific design and engineering.
Cancellation Policy
All wheels are custom built to order. Cancellations requested within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for cancellation, depending on production status. After 7 days, all forged wheel orders are considered final and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. By purchasing this product, you agree to forfeit your deposit in the event of any cancellation request made after the 7-day window.

What is the ETA for Forged wheels?
Most of the forged wheels we offer are custom-built to order for your specific vehicle. Current estimated production time is 5–6 weeks. Certain finishes, such as Chrome, Two-Tone, or Brushed, may require an additional 1–2 weeks for completion.

Will this fit my car?
All of our products come with a **perfect fit guarantee**—if it doesn’t fit, you get your money back!
Can I cancel my order?
All forged wheel purchases are final sale and non-refundable. If you need to cancel a custom order, we can issue store credit for future use.
For in-stock (inventory) wheel orders, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including waiving the right to file a chargeback.
